BACHELOR OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (B.P.E)

Duration: 3 years

Eligibility:

A pass in Higher secondary / intermediate / Pre-Degree Examination recognised by M P board OR Jiwali University, Indore OR a course recognised by any other recognised Universities OR 1 year Certificate in Physical Education from a recognised Institution after passing High School Course.

MASTER OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (M.P.E)

Eligibility:

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with atleast 50% aggregate marks of a University ( Indian OR foreign recognition for the purpose by the University of Kerala ) O R a Bachelor's degree with B P E Diplomain Physical Education of atleast one year duration, with 50% aggregate marks awarded by an Indian University or a Board, duly appointed by the Education Dept. of the state centre.
Candidates should have competed 19 years of age on 1st of October of the year of admission.

COURSES IN EDUCATION

BACHELOR OF EDUCATION (B.Ed.)

Duration: One year

Eligibility:

No candidate shall be eligible for admission to the B.Ed Degree Course unless He/ She has passed the Bachelor of Arts / Science Degree Examinationof this University or an Examination recognised by the University as equivalent thereto and has satisfied the requirements relating to Qualifying subjects and minimum amrks hereinafter prescribed. Candidates who have passed their qualifying Examination from Universities / boards outside the state shall be eligible for admission to the B. Ed . Degree course in Commerce unless He / She has passed the masters degree in Commerce of this University or an Examination recognised by the University as equivalent thereto. Other eligible conditions are as those reffered to in (1). The minimum marks for B.Ed. Admission shall be 50% for the Science subjects and 45% for the arts subjects in part 111.

ENGLISH

Eligibility:

B A Degree with English Language and Literature under part 111 (45% marks) or B A / B Sc with 50% marks for part 1 English. (Candidate seeking admision for B Ed on the basis of part 1 ( English) marks of Degree Examination are eligible for admission provided they have secured 50% marks for part 1 examinations. They should also possess a Masters Degree in the same Language ( English) with not less than 50% marks. These cases shall be considered only after considering all the applicants aplied on the basis of their marks.
